{"id":2717,"date":"2023-05-23T16:48:23","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T16:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.92.12.131:20780\/?p=2717"},"modified":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","slug":"valorizzazione-del-patrimonio-pubblico-residenziale-reftree-e-roma-capitale-ideare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.idearespa.eu\/en\/valorizzazione-del-patrimonio-pubblico-residenziale-reftree-e-roma-capitale-ideare\/","title":{"rendered":"The REFTREE platform at the service of Roma Capitale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the conference \"<em>Enhancing the value of public residential assets through digital real estate<\/em>\"on 10 May, we had the privilege of hosting the heritage councillor of Roma Capitale,&nbsp;<strong>Andrea Tobia Zevi,<\/strong> who explained to us the <strong>Atlas Project,<\/strong>&nbsp;in which IdeaRE took part.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Rome's Atlas project represents a significant step forward in the management of real estate assets, in which IdeaRE takes part by providing the <a href=\"http:\/\/10.92.12.131:20780\/reftree\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">REFTREE platform<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This system was developed to provide a <strong>detailed and accurate overview of municipal properties and mapping of all asset management processes<\/strong>allowing for more effective and efficient management by all stakeholders involved.<\/p>\n<p>The Atlas, through dedicated APPs, enables better interaction with citizens, providing transparent and immediate access to information on public real estate.<\/p>\n<p>Ideare worked on the project focusing on three key points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creation of a single database (alignment, verification and normalisation of data)<\/li>\n<li>development of the REFTREE solution as a management system for the real estate assets of Roma Capitale<\/li>\n<li>integration with Roma Capitale legacy systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In occasione del convegno \u201cValorizzazione del patrimonio pubblico residenziale grazie al digital real estate\u201d dello scorso 10 maggio, abbiamo avuto il privilegio di ospitare l\u2019assessore al patrimonio di Roma Capitale,&nbsp;Andrea Tobia Zevi, che ci ha illustrato il progetto&nbsp;Atlante,&nbsp;al quale IdeaRE ha preso parte.
