REFTree: a new leaf, that was the name of our first Innovation Day, an online event broadcast live from our offices in Rome.
The Innovation day was an opportunity to talk about some of REFTree's solutions to make the management of real estate easier and faster, emphasising the central role of innovation in efficiency processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the event we talked about how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf streamlining document processes through the use of AI, including by presenting a concrete use case, in which huge volumes of data were digitised and made structured
\u25cf quickly digitise properties, through mobile scanning and full integration with the REFTree platform
\u25cf make asset management even easier and faster with the new REFTree 2 interface
\u25cf promoting efficiency and continuous improvement, through the REFIdea publishing platform
\u25cf optimising the management of active and passive contracts, with the aim of paper 0 and the complete digitisation of the process, through the different forms of digital signatures
\u25cf improving workflows and interoperability through integration between Vcad and RefTree<\/p>\n\n\n\n
