{"id":1262,"date":"2020-08-03T13:54:34","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T13:54:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.92.12.131:20780\/?p=1262"},"modified":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T17:41:07","slug":"universita-di-genova-utilizza-ref","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.idearespa.eu\/fr\/universita-di-genova-utilizza-ref\/","title":{"rendered":"L'universit\u00e9 de G\u00eanes utilise REF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 de G\u00eanes<\/strong>&nbsp;a adopt\u00e9 la solution IdeaRE pour le recensement et l'inventaire des b\u00e2timents, des unit\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res d\u00e9tenues ou utilis\u00e9es dans le but de mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques d'efficacit\u00e9 et de rationalisation dans l'utilisation des biens immobiliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de se conformer aux obligations impos\u00e9es par le l\u00e9gislateur et de garantir une gestion institutionnelle  consciente, synergique et constante dans le temps des donn\u00e9es patrimoniales, il est donc devenu indispensable d'adopter un syst\u00e8me d'information tel que Reftree, capable de g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re transversale les informations patrimoniales, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plateforme int\u00e9gr\u00e9e entre une base de donn\u00e9es alphanum\u00e9rique et les plans CAD des biens immobiliers, et disposant d'une base de donn\u00e9es constamment mise \u00e0 jour sur l'utilisation r\u00e9elle des espaces gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'implication gestionnelle de leurs utilisateurs r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette base de donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux plateformes de gestion pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9, \u00e0 la plateforme U-Gov de Cineca, au syst\u00e8me de gestion du personnel Csa de Cineca, au syst\u00e8me d'authentification UnigePass et \u00e0 la plateforme Otrs.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Genova&nbsp;ha adottato la soluzione di IdeaRE per il censimento e un\u2019inventariazione degli edifici, delle unit\u00e0 immobiliari di propriet\u00e0 o in utilizzo finalizzati a perseguire politiche di efficientamento e razionalizzazione nell\u2019utilizzo degli immobili.
