Digitisation and innovation in the service of public housing management
Digital innovation is redefining the relationship between public administration and citizens, ensuring faster, more efficient and transparent access to public services. In particular, in the management of public housing (ERP), administrative complexity requires advanced tools to facilitate interactions between tenants and competent bodies, simplifying essential operations such as consulting contracts, paying bills and managing maintenance requests.
As part of the project AtlasIdeaRE developed My ERP, an application designed to optimise access to the main services dedicated to ERP tenants, offering them the possibility of:
- Consult the lease and download the official documentation independently, without the need to go to the counters;
- Check payment status, access bills and credit notes, reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings;
- Report faults and request maintenance work, monitoring the progress of requests in real time;
- Receive official notifications and communications, with up-to-date information on deadlines, notices and available services.
Security and interoperability
My ERP has been developed to guarantee an intuitive and immediate user experience: access is via SPID, with no need for registration, ensuring high security standards. In addition, the app is interoperable with Roma Capitale's asset census system, contributing to a more efficient and integrated management of public real estate assets.
