Atlante has catalogued and made accessible the assets of Rome Capital, integrating structural, documentary and maintenance data into a single ecosystem based on REFTree, with a public front-end in map form and interoperable processes.
Many public administrations still manage their assets using paper archives and non-integrated systems; 70% of local authorities suffer from outdated data and slow processes. Atlante was created to bridge this gap with a certified database and digital services.
Survey of non-digitised assets, data verification and completion.
Efficiency, interoperability, transparency, integration with third-party systems.
For internal/external users and public access to information.
Atlante adopts REFTree as a single platform for management asset, operational and maintenance, based on a centralised database and on Dashboarding Hub for KPI monitoring. The architecture integrates digital portals and services dedicated to both internal offices and citizens, enabling transparent processes and access to up-to-date information. Thanks to integration with existing systems, The platform interacts interoperably with the Authority's databases, avoiding duplication, reducing errors and ensuring operational continuity.
We began with an in-depth survey of data, processes and infrastructure existing ones, with the aim of defining a roadmap realistic and shared. This phase made it possible to identify priorities, estimate workloads and outline the necessary additions.
The following have been defined: data taxonomy, the organisational model To-Be and the criteria for software selection. The result is a flow chart that harmonises responsibilities, timelines and tools throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
At this stage, the following steps were taken: data migration and the activation of the modules Asset, Property and Facility by REFTree, together with portals and to app operational. Where useful, components have been introduced AI-driven to automate repetitive tasks (classifications, document extraction, operational suggestions).
A services catalogue oriented towards internal and external users (assessments, concessions, due diligence, estimates, processes ERP), with service levels and status tracking to ensure quality and reliable delivery times.
The release was accompanied by functional tests, training for the offices involved and operating manuals. Post-launch support ensured full absorption of processes and stabilisation of indicators.
The project involved the reclamation databases, the definition of unique standards and the metadata systematic classification of documents. The result is a certified database, capable of supporting audits, reporting and strategic decisions.
At the centre is a interoperable platform that unifies areas asset, management and maintenance. Integration with third-party applications safeguards previous investments and enables secure, traceable information exchanges.
I unified portals, designed with an approach user-centred, enable offices and citizens to interact with clear procedures and monitored response times. The continuous feedback drives process improvement and external transparency.
Shared guidelines and operational priorities govern field activities, enhancing technologies BIM, point clouds e DWG. The surveys produced are consistent, reusable and directly integrated into management and maintenance workflows.
The project has put online a public front-end which allows for map consultation of Capitoline assets, improving transparency and accessibility. At the same time, the REFTree platform for a unified management asset, management and maintenance. In terms of document digitisation, concrete KPIs have been achieved, as evidence of an information heritage that is now structured, searchable and manageable:
Centralise data e processes with REFTree and operational apps. Enable data-driven decisions, compliance continuous and more transparent services for citizens and offices.
