The platform integrates data from different municipal databases and allows for a simple and transparent consultation of public assets, supporting urban governance with advanced planning and management tools.
On 3 September, we took part in PropTech Connect in London, where Tobia Zevi - Assessore al Patrimonio e alle Politiche Abitati di Roma Capitale - presented Atlante in the panel "Taking Real Estate Asset Management to the Next Level".bringing to international attention a reference model for the sector and for urban regeneration strategies in the city of Rome.
For the public administration, Atlante represents a concrete digital solution that facilitates transparency, interoperability e administrative simplification. An approach consistent with the principles of sustainability and efficiency that guide the vision of IdeaRE and our real estate management information systems.
