Atlas, the project to digitise Rome's heritage carried out by IdeaRE, is the first digital census that has transformed the management of public assets into a unique, transparent and accessible ecosystem.
The platform integrates data from various municipal databases into a single property management information system and allows for simple and accessible consultation of the public assets, supporting urban governance with advanced planning and management tools.
On 3 September, we took part in PropTech Connect in London, where Tobia Zevi – Councillor for Heritage and Housing Policy for Rome Capital – presented Atlante in the panel discussion “Taking Real Estate Asset Management to the Next Level”, bringing international attention to a benchmark model for the sector and for urban regeneration strategies in the city of Rome.
For the Public Administration, Atlante represents a concrete digital solution that promotes transparency, interoperability e administrative simplification. An approach consistent with the principles of sustainability and efficiency that guide IdeaRE's vision.
Innovation, dialogue, transformation.
