On the occasion of the conference "Enhancing the value of public residential assets through digital real estate"on 10 May, we had the privilege of hosting the heritage councillor of Roma Capitale, Andrea Tobia Zevi, who explained to us the Atlas Project, in which IdeaRE took part.
The Municipality of Rome's Atlas project represents a significant step forward in the management of real estate assets, in which IdeaRE takes part by providing the REFTREE platform.
This system was developed to provide a detailed and accurate overview of municipal properties and mapping of all asset management processesallowing for more effective and efficient management by all stakeholders involved.
The Atlas, through dedicated APPs, enables better interaction with citizens, providing transparent and immediate access to information on public real estate.
Ideare worked on the project focusing on three key points:
- creation of a single database (alignment, verification and normalisation of data)
- development of the REFTREE solution as a management system for the real estate assets of Roma Capitale
- integration with Roma Capitale legacy systems
