The partnership between CASA ATC Servizi Srl, an in-house company of ATC of Central Piedmont, and IdeaRE allowed the ATER of Umbria to choose and use REF as a tool to simplify, standardise and digitise processes to support the management of its Public Residential Housing (Erp) real estate assets.
Through an incremental approach, the key elements of the activity were the computerisation of real estate processes and the determination of information on user master data (households), leases and the status of properties, in order to ensure that the authority is able to respond to the obligations and role assigned to it in the management of its real estate assets.
The project was divided into the following management areas:
- ERP asset management and business premises
- Management of user relations for all types of assets
- Calculation of the fee according to the regional law in force
- Cash Management
- Credit Management
- Maintenance Management
